Pure Hypnoanalysis
Analysis can be summarised briefly as the doctrine of 'cause and effect’: every effect (the symptom) must have a cause, pure hypnoanalysis reveals the cause, and consequently relieves the symptoms. Emotional problems respond particularly well to Analysis. With Analytical therapy we are talking about a release by finding and removing the originating causes as opposed to mere control of symptoms by suggestion. There is no reason why anyone should put up with something ‘inside themselves but outside their control’ provided they are prepared to devote time, money, effort and self -discipline to be free of their problem.

OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE BEHAVIOUR
When you feel trapped in undesirable behaviors you may feel helpless and alone in your embarrassment. People of all ages from all walks of life suffer from uncontrollable negative behaviors such as nail biting, hair and and eyelash pulling, thumb sucking, compulsive hand washing, door lock checking, counting, listing and other redundant activities. Be assured that through the process of Hypno -Analysis you can find relief from these compulsions and move on with your life.
When you perform a behavior that is frustrating to you on one level yet on a deeper level serves an important purpose; you cannot simply ‘just stop doing it’. You have tried. You probably have done everything you can think of to stop it, even though some things seem to work for a while, the pattern soon begins again, bringing with it the same frustration and humiliation. Sometimes you are conscious you are doing it, other times it happens before you realize it or it doesn't come into your awareness at all. Sometimes even though you are aware you are doing it, you cannot control the behavior. It is confusing and alarming that something like this can have so much power.
Signs of obsessive compulsive behavior
- Any repetitive activity that does not serve a useful purpose for the conscious rational mind
- A compulsion to act out an impulse against conscious will
- A persistent behavior that causes frustration or embarrassment
- A behavior that does not respond to normal conscious control
- An ‘’abnormal’’ repetitive behavior that is aggravated by stress
